Since 2011 he is Managing Partner at “dnl Strategic and Project management” working as a trainer and consultant. Previously he worked as Project and Civil Engineer Director at Acciona Energía (2005-2011) and  Director of projects, railways and hydraulic works at Gobierno de Navarra (2001-2005).

He currently works as a freelance Senior Project Manager through his own company, Baucom Project Management, mainly in construction, but also in asset management and energy rehabilitation. He is currently President of IE Real Estate Club and treasurer of AECMA (Spanish Association of Construction Management)

Project Manager in construction for commercial and industrial sector with 25 years of experience, Facility & Property Manager in office buildings, Quality Manager for the implementation of ISO 9000-2000, master trainer and speaker of project management at various universities in Madrid, Vice President of AECMA, professional association of PM, where he now led the commission of Methodology, speaker of the working group TC236, SC1 in AENOR for the development of the standard 21500. Currently working as Project Manager in the Department of Architecture and Construction of El Corte Inglés, and professor at ICAI Engineering School.

Graduated Master Architect at the ETSAM (Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid, Polytechnic University), Project Manager Professional certified by PMI, and with more than twelve years of professional experience, Raquel has worked  in projects of Building Restoration, Dwelling, Retail, Commercial and Third Age Spaces. Currently, she is developing her own architectural firm, Calliarquitectura Madrid, dedicated to architectural projects developed with Project Management techniques. She is a Founding Member of AEGC-CMAS association (Construction Management Association of Spain), and Member of its Government Committee. She is also working in technical translations Spanish-English and English-Spanish, specialized in Architecture, Engineering, and Project & for different firms, Global Estrategias among them. 

Nicolás Martín Esteban, PMP
His professional experience is linked to the ICT sector, where his career has been developed over twelve years, the last six as Consultant and Project Manager on development projects of information systems for the government. Currently he performs his functions in uno500 Consultant, Project Manager and Trainer in Project Management. He has directed and participated in consulting projects and software development, as the implementation of the standard organizations for the Management and Quality Assurance ISO 9001, Model Integration Capability Maturity CMMI v1.3 and implementation of processes and best practices for project management following the methodology of PMI ®.

Industrial Engineer by the Universidad Autónoma Gabriel René Moreno – Bolivia Master in Project Management (Studying) in Universidad para la Cooperación Internacional (UCI-PMI GAC) – San José, Costa Rica.
PMI Santa Cruz Volunteer since 2011, Administrative Officer since January 2012. Two years experience coordinating the Project Monitoring and Control by performance indicators mainly in the field of Industrial Equipment Installation and Construction. Performing its functions mainly in Avícola Sofía ltd in the Project Department.
